General information
SHIPPING:
We ship Canada wide. Pick up is welcome, please contact us to arrange a time and for the address (pick up is in Kamloops, Pritchard, Blind Bay or Chase area only) We ship smaller items via regular parcel for a cheaper rate. This DOES NOT include insurance and we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products sent regular letter mail. We also ship items via express post or priority post for a bit more. Usually this runs between $10-$20 depending on the order size. This comes with a tracking number and insurance to cover the cost of the item should anything happen to it during delivery.
PAYMENT:
Payments must be made in full at the time the order is placed, no exceptions. We accept paypal (we can send an email invoice), etransfers, you can pay online on our etsy shop, and we can also take visa/mastercard numbers over the phone. Orders are added to the order list upon cleared payment and are completed in sequence.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
We love to do custom orders depending on our schedules and availability. If you are looking for a custom product:
-one of our products with a name embroidered
-one of our products in a different print
-something not shown in our store
Please send us a private message or email us and we will get back to you within 5 business days with a quote and time frame. Most custom orders take between 2-4 weeks depending on if we have the fabric on hand or need to order it in for your project. Please note that if fabric needs to be ordered specifically for you there will be a $20 surcharge to help cover shipping costs.
DISCOUNTS:
We do not offer discounts for orders, however we will be putting together some baby shower baskets at a discounted price. We have sales, contests, and promotions on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/spoonersistersdesigns and we encourage you to like our page to stay up to date on our current promotions and deals. Our items are all handmade and prices are based on our supply cost and our time to plan, design and make an item. Our prices are as reasonable as they can be without devaluing our time or compromising the quality of our items.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
It is so important to us that your experience with Spooner Sisters Designs is a positive one. If you are unsatisfied with our products or services, we invite you to email us immediately and we will aim to resolve the issue within 5 business days to your satisfaction.
We stand behind our products and want them to work for you. Should you have any problems with the quality of a product, please contact us and we will repair or replace your product ANY TIME within 3 months of purchase.
